646lol Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 646lol platform available at 646lol.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you (the member) and 646lol.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and close your account. Continuing to use 646lol after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at 646lol, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 646lol strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited in accordance with Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 646lol or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by 646lol or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

646lol reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 646lol. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. 646lol is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details provided by the member.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 646lol support immediately at support@646lol.best. 646lol will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the member failed to safeguard their credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

646lol is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold and at other times as required by our compliance procedures. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, UMID, passport, driver's licence, or voter's ID), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Verification is handled securely and your documents will not be used for any purpose outside of compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Deposits

All deposits at 646lol are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though higher amounts may require additional verification.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. 646lol does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits must only be made from payment methods that belong to you. Funding your 646lol account using payment methods registered to another person — including friends or family — is not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your 646lol account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering requirements.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya / GrabPay: Typically processed within the same business day for amounts under ₱50,000.
• Bank transfer (InstaPay / PESONet): Same business day to next business day depending on time of submission.
• Visa / Mastercard: Up to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank.

646lol reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is incomplete or if a bonus wagering requirement has not been met. In cases where fraud or terms violations are suspected, 646lol may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

646lol offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply to all 646lol promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus credits carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified. Bonus credits that expire before requirements are completed will be removed from the account.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 646lol reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash below the stated requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, using multiple accounts, or any other method that 646lol deems to be abusive will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings, and may result in account closure.

7. Gameplay Rules

646lol offers a broad range of games including slots, live casino tables, Color Game, fishing games, jackpot titles, and sports betting across PBA, NBA, UAAP, and international competitions. Each game and betting market is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or bet market description. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any bet or wager.

All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by real-time events for live dealer and sports betting markets. 646lol does not manipulate outcomes. Where a technical fault disrupts a game round in progress, the affected round may be voided and stakes refunded at 646lol's discretion.

Sports betting settlements are based on official results from the relevant governing body (PBA, NBA, FIBA, etc.). Where a game is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within the same day, pre-game bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 646lol platform. Any member found engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any winnings arising from prohibited activity will be voided.

• Creating more than one account, or assisting others to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or promotions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in sports betting or live dealer games.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your location or identity in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using 646lol for money laundering.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 646lol staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or balance to any third party.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches. Any winnings arising from a demonstrable error may be voided.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 646lol's total liability to any member arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 646lol is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

646lol reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gaming, or any other activity harmful to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a verified breach, 646lol may void any pending withdrawals and retain the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at support@646lol.best. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after completing standard verification checks.

14. Amendments to These Terms

646lol may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
